Refresh Patient's X-Token Regularly

Refresh the patient's x-token (AbhaNumber.access_token and bhaNumber.refresh_token) at regular intervals, like a day before the refresh token's expiry.

Look into the standard practice regarding this and check ABDM's norms regarding this.

Hey @khavinshankar, I have gone through the Integrator Guide ABDM ABHA V3 APIs Version 1.0 here, I have found that access token expires in 1200 seconds (20 min) and refresh token expires in 1800 seconds (30 min).

We can create a function is_token_expiring which can check if the difference of time is less than 10 minutes or any other limit, we can fetch the new access and refresh token using the current refresh token.

Hey @khavinshankar, we can also have a frontend approach for this where we can make a custom hook using axios by which we can check the same on every request and if the time difference is less than any particular minute then we can fetch the new token using the refresh.
