@vishaljoshi789 @gitsofaryan @Rustix69 ABDM requires us to send an sms while patient is trying to link their medical records through abha app, so basically right now, we just need to send sms (use the existing modules to send sms from care core) to the patient and cache, I have added a todo as a placeholder, https://github.com/ohcnetwork/care_abdm/blob/main/abdm/api/v3/viewsets/hip.py#L238.

Consider setting up the care abdm plug first and go through the otp sending implementation in care core, and comment your implementation strategy and timeline here to get it assigned

Approach :
Generate OTP: Replace the hardcoded "000000" with a randomly generated OTP
Get Patient Phone Number: Extract the patient's phone number from the database
Send SMS: Use Care Core's existing SMS module to send the OTP
Cache OTP: Continue caching the OTP for verification when patient confirms

Hello @khavinshankar, I have gone through the care_fe module and checked how the OTP module works there.

I got this api which can be used to send OTP in this module, If this is the implementation of the OTP we are looking for, then we can ->

1. Generate OTP
2. For phone number i have gone through the HipPatientCareContextDiscoverSerializer, we can use the abhaAddress and get the phone number from PatientSerializer
3. Send the OTP using the api.
