Version check in crash reporter

Add version check to crash reporter and about page.

Currently some incoming & resolved crash reports are reported for 3 versions outdated installations and my guess is that for these people, based on their reports, it would be good to have a reminder that they should update.

Could be on button press.

Question is where the version comes from, at best some f-droid api.
