Import of CSV files fails when marked as binary from android #77

Describe the bug
Some devices list csv files not as mimetype text/* but as "binary"? VTA only accepts text/*, thus they cannot be selected for import.
To Reproduce
Unknown, reporting for other user
Smartphone (please complete the following information):
- Device: xiaomi mi 11 lite 5g
- OS Version Android 30
- Application Version 0.8
Additional context
Users may have no way of setting the mime type. A quick fix would be to allow any file to be selected on import..
