Tips Menu background not replaced in Answer Arcs (or at least Ch.8)

I was looking at Ch.8 today and noticed it still uses the old background for the TIPS menu.

Currently we have a tipsback.png in our shared folder, which means it should apply to all chapters

I'm guessing the file has a different name in the answer arcs, but I haven't investigated it thoroughly

I used UABE to batch extract the images. It appears in Ch.8 there is both a tipsback and a tipsback 1 (this is missing one).

I'm not sure when they actually are displayed during the game - perhaps one unlocks eventually or something.

Here is the image we currently use for tipsback for reference. I guess tipsback 1 should be the same, but blue colored?

For now I've done a simple recolor of the existing image, but if someone wants to make a nicer looking version please do (tbh it looks a bit weird)
